FAQ About Our Interior Construction Services
Who will be my main point of contact during the project?
A dedicated Project Manager will be assigned to supervise and coordinate the project. This person will be your main point of contact and will give you regular updates and answer all your questions with regards to the project.
How often should I expect updates about the evolution of the project?
You will receive real time updates with the work performed during the week and the work planned for the following week. Once the project starts you will be invited to download a mobile app to monitor and communicate in real time with the project manager.
How do I know if the schedule is running behind or the budget can’t be met?
If the scope of work changes, we will send you immediate notification with regards to its impact on schedule and budget. If no changes occur to the originally established scope of work, the project will be completed on time and on the budget agreed upon.
What happens if I want to change the scope of the project and add/remove work from the original agreement?
In the original estimate we try to be extremely detailed so that we could cover at the highest extent possible all the aspects of the project. Nevertheless, there are situations where hidden defects might require fixing or you might want to add to the scope of the project. Once you put in a request to change the scope of work for the original contract, the Project Manager will send you an Appendix to the Construction Agreement to adjust the original agreement. Such changes could have financial and schedule implications.
How do I know how long it will take for the completion of the project?
After signing the agreement, the Project Manager will send you a schedule of work and an estimated date for project completion. You can also track real time the project’s timeline and completion rate via mobile app.
